Close enough Ive seen some decent ones obvs you cant be a retard and attach yourself a whole jaw. You realistcly even with brilliant genes and luck your slaying season will end around 40 so getting revision every 5 years isnt bad

You need to have already the base and just lack some small parts like jaw,chin,infra,zygos and at the worst supras

But you'll need to remove them in the future

Plus if you're like Lin00b you'll never good look

People get moving hip replacement of a huge titanium piece that is under pressure and they have it in for 20 years. Silicone chin implants have cases of being inside for 40 years. So thats kinda retarded

Fillers cant be removed unless you inject shit that will detoriate your skin and it will still mlst likely be something their, and the skin stretch will make it look retarded aswell afterwards. Also if you place it in the midface you can make lymphatic drainage worse with time leading to perma bloated look. Thats why fat is better
