I can't get a Le Fort III however so I'll use implants to bring the midface forward too.

I don't have some shit like Aperts or Crouzon which is why I can't get a Le Fort III, just a Le Fort I + BSSO.
The implants are in the Le Fort III area minus the Le Fort I area.
