Best jaw surgeons in VIC Australia?

I am quite recessed and am planning to get bimax after sarpe or marpe and wisdom teeth removal but i want to make sure i am with a good surgeon. I was thinking andrew heggie or nik saha but im not sure. I need ccw rotation and a big advancement in upper and lower jaws. I see so many absolutely fucking dog shit results from jaw surgery and i don't want that to happen. Who gives big advancements in both jaws, and good resulting side profiles instead of neutral or still fucking recessed side profiles?

djs should be fine with any surgeon if you're actually recessed, those other surgeries are rubbish

i need wisom teeth out and my palate is too narrow to have good tongue posture etc, so i need some kind of expansion first

yh but unless you pay they might just stick with extractions - either way the palate and other things doesnt really matter for aesthetics tbh if your recessed its more about the jaw so I'd do anything just make sure your getting djs

any luck finding surgeons, i'm in aus too and basically doing the exact same things as you apart from mandible advancements as i've got an underbite, but got the marpe and def need ccw

Honestly i think im gonna save up and get it overseas bc from what ive heard the best ones are in other countries. im still looking into it all tho
