Barely any difference between dutch and thai kickboxing apart from dutch is more combination focused and no elbows.

i never watch kickboxing but some legends/insanely good ones i know of are:

badr hari (pretty much retired)
overeem (i think he retired)
alex pereira (UFC now)
israel adesanya (UFC now)
rico verhoeven (still active afaik)
