Best lashes on .org?

@Volksstaffel @greycel

I can get latisse, the medical eye drop version (bimatoprost) prescribed because I have glaucoma. Should I do it?

However actually my lashes are technically slightly enhanced because I’ve been using latanoprost (a weaker version of latisse) in just my right eye, though just put it in the eye, not applied to eyelashes, any growth was from excessive eye drops dripping out the eye. I did this for 8 years. I don’t really use it anymore but the gains are still there

From Google Gemini:

Bimatoprost appears to be more effective than latanoprost for promoting eyelash growth. Studies have shown that bimatoprost leads to greater eyelash growth and hypertrichosis (excessive hair growth) compared to latanoprost. While both are prostaglandin analogs that can cause eyelash growth as a side effect, bimatoprost may offer a more pronounced and potentially faster response.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
    • Bimatoprost:
Bimatoprost is more commonly associated with eyelash growth, with studies showing it leads to greater lash growth and hypertrichosis. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH)(Noecker et al.), a 6-month clinical trial noted eyelash growth in 14 of 133 patients in the bimatoprost group, while no patients in the latanoprost group showed this effect.
    • Latanoprost:
While latanoprost can also cause eyelash growth, it's generally less pronounced than with bimatoprost. Some studies suggest similar efficacy between the two drugs, but others indicate a slight advantage for bimatoprost.
    • Study Findings:
A 3-month bimatoprost vs. latanoprost trial reported that eyelash growth was more common in the bimatoprost group (13% vs. 4%).

But it already has destroyed my fat pads

Mirin eye area :fuk:
I’ve got the same kind of lashes as you, Bhai, they curl all the way up to my eyebrows too. Some might call it a feminine trait, but we both know it’s just a sign of strong genes.

You can but you run the risk of losing periorbital fat, which matters >> for aesthetics
You’d fare better dyeing your eyelashes black than growing them, but hardly anybody knows
Even if yours are already black

Yeah but I already have had my fat pads fucked
I have to do volufiline and probably fat grafts, so it’s probably worth it to maximise my lashes before doing so no? Especially cuz my left eyelashes are less than my right

You don’t have any lower eyelid exposure, it’s already much better than a lot of people’s.
The dark circles yeah you can get it fixed with fat grafts.
Id understand doing the eyelash serum if the gains are permanent, but aren’t they temporary for however long you are applying it for?
In which case, even after the successful fat graft… you’ll still be losing fat there
