500-1000 calorie deficit for 15-20 weeks depending on how much muscle mass you're willing to sacrifice
 
carnivore or sugar diet. you end up consuming little fat on both so you get lean very quickly.
be careful with carnivore because you can/probably will develop chronic fatigue (it will go away when you change your diet)
 
One meal a day high protein low carb
Low intensity cardio everyday 30 min at least
Resistance training (leanmaxxing without it is retarded)
Stand as much as you can
But its hard without drugs for most people
At least add caffeine or nicotine
