So I'm currently 74kg and 177cm(Almost 5'10 or something) and I'm ~16% bf. Trying to get down to 12%.
The different methods I've heard so far are:
-No Sugar
-No Carbs
-One meal a day
-Keto
-Only Whole Foods
-Only eat when you're hungry
-"Just do Cardio, bro"
So out of all these methods and the others you may know, which ones are good and actually sustainable?
