I think its like one full year before sprinting and lifting, but 6 months from start to end to walk freely. very good

thats actually amazing considering its only one leg at a time and they break them and put spikes in them. nigga do u expect leg lengthening to be instant jfl, if you do 7 days of physical therapy you can run in 6.
