Best lighting for face?

I was at some shop and i saw they had a mirror with some yellow lights around it in this rectangle shape, up close it made look bloated and all my acne scars and pores were showing i looked sub5, but in normal lighting, sunlight or just my phone flash directed at my face in the mirror i look way better

which lighting is more accurate for your face and actually shows how you really look?

the one where you look the worst obviously, always take the pic where you look worse for ratings because thats how people around you actually see you.

Then mirrors would be more accurate than phone cameras or professional cameras right?
