It's not. You can only ascend at 15 when if you were a significantly late bloomer. So you have to hit it at at least 14.

You and 6'1cel for example (which is why he looks so mature and out of place for teen) both hit puberty at 12, which means that whatever face you both have at 16 will the face you die with unless you turn elderly before. Maybe with a beard later on, assuming you can grow one.

I hit puberty at 14 and didn't start to have any noticable change in my entire body until I turned 15. I had a babyface and literally just looked like a really tall and wide kid, but you could still tell I had a good skull shape and occiput. My face just became more lean and forward grown naturally since I stopped being a chronic mouthbreather, and my genes were strong enough to help me.

Your face is long as fuck too, which means you are probably one of those people who have always been ugly. As for body hair, that doesn't mean shit, you could just be naturally hairless/smooth like I am.

well if you stop developing at 19 i will stop developing at 18-20yo depending on genes
some things develop for longer like height and face
i think face developes untill 20 for most people
there are only small changes from 17 to 20+ tho
but the browridge and chin change the most because youre exposed to peak amount of test at 19-20yo
