I can't keep giving generic tips infinitely if I dont know whether it applies to you or not. Would be helpful if you told me what other issues you have and ill give you the solution

I don't know what you look like but if you have acne then eat better ask your doctor for a prescription of tretinoin and if they won't go on Amazon and buy it.

im still 5'8 - 5'9 ik heights is mostly genetic but if i don't grow i might fraud with height boosters. i'm tryna also grow my clavicles (this might be cope) so any advice would be appreciated. but facial wise i got mandibular recession a downtured nasal tip (definetly maxillary recession) and my eyes have the worst dark circles ever.

Yea unfortunately invasalign doesn't really do anything but yea I mean if your 14 I wouldn't wait on that stuff and I would make sure to go to a good orthodontist

Yea palate expander depending on your palate would be good maybe if your parents are rich and you could convince them to get you a good brand of braces
