Whats the best looksmaxxing supplements?? Like a must have when strating or doing looksmaxxing ,besides creatine and whey protein

If your still in development you shouldn’t take HGH. And ideally you shouldn’t take any supplements at all

Magnesium, Zinc, Biotin, Vitamin D3, Omega 3s, and Ashwaganda are good for testosterone and skin health. But the main point is that you should be eating a whole foods diet consisting of red meat, fish, eggs, a variety of fruits, chicken, and then eating your favorite foods here and there and you won't need to supplement nearly as much. You should get to a point to where the only supplements you take are things you won't get from diet like ashwaganda, creatine, or vitamin d if you aren't getting sun. Look into an animal based diet, and I promise it will make you feel great.

What type of Magnesium tho? There's alot ty so much tho sure will add those tips ty
