Magnesium, Zinc, Biotin, Vitamin D3, Omega 3s, and Ashwaganda are good for testosterone and skin health. But the main point is that you should be eating a whole foods diet consisting of red meat, fish, eggs, a variety of fruits, chicken, and then eating your favorite foods here and there and you won't need to supplement nearly as much. You should get to a point to where the only supplements you take are things you won't get from diet like ashwaganda, creatine, or vitamin d if you aren't getting sun.
