I need some help making a Gym workout Plan to achieve a physique just like in the image below, will try consuming 6000 Calories along with creatine monohydrate and whey protein powder and might take Test along the way to progress faster. (see my previous post).
But I need guidance in making a workout plan.

Just on gear this dude is probably on it too. Unless you want to actually train for atleast a year or two. Mark me as solution bhai

If you want pm me. But itโ€™s very simple, find a split in which you hit each muscle (including legs) 2-3 times a week.
Learn the joint action for each muscle and perform an exercise that does that joint action. For example upper chest does shoulder flexion, so any movement where your humerus is tucked to your torso while pressing will be fine, perform it on incline as well.
Do each set to failure and find your maximum adaptive volume (MAV), it will be between your minimum effective volume (MEV) and maximum recoverable volume (MRV)

yeah ppl is solid bro def start there. if u wanna optimize tho maybe look into some basic strength schemes first like 5x5 or something. makes sure u got the foundation solid before u go crazy with volume. just focus on progressive overload and good form. u got this

It's not that important exactly what you do as long as you show up consistently
