you can only fraud frame, spam deltoids exercises, wear clothes that widens your frame, smash chin

for chin you can fraud with a goate a lil especially as an ethnic for shoulders you can only get like shoulder pads or just always wear puffer jackets i dont believe it has so much impact and yes if your posture is bad your chin looks more recessed also a uplifted hyoide makes your jaw look more forward grown
