17yo, 187cm, 70kg, ~13% BF, training 5-6x/week since 15. Plateaued hard natty, want better aesthetics/recovery, slow steady lean gains without permanent HPTA shutdown or big sides in the future.


Looking for the safest option at very low doses (microdosing/long cycles)

400 mg of test, NAD and some serm, should make an almost full recovery. look through HPTA restoration guide on BOTB

Eat a lot of chicken, gtg method, eat a lot of fiber, use Ecdysterone or/and Eurycoma longifolia
