1. Dial in your oral hygiene, so brush, use mouthwash and a tongue scraper right before you're going out. Alternatively, can bring a travel toothbrush and some gum/mints to use before once you know you're about to start kissing.
2. Keep lip balm with you at all times and keep your lips moist, flavored balms are also nice.
3. Technique is really matching pace of the girl. Don't overcomplicate it. Gentle for the first couple of minutes with your tongue and use your hand on her hair and arms/shoulders. After the first few minutes you can probe more for an IOI with a harder hair grab or hands on the waist.
