What is the best martial art for self defense from a looksmaxxing perspective? I mean the one that allows you to protect yourself on the street, to gain status in high school (avoid bullying), but also doesn't turn you into ogre from deformed ears/nose.
I know that muay thai is good for fighting but like, if you're fighting someone in high school, you don't really wanna kill them or send them to hospital lmao
also I've heard it can cause bone fragments to appear outside of the main bone if one is vit d deficient.
Aikido while not good for fighting utilizes wrists a lot, I've heard it can grow wrists to actual ogre proportions (lifefuel for wristcels if true)
Boxing, kickboxing might damage teeth I think, and a lot of folks here, like me, got raped by orthos and now have damaged gums already so teeth are pretty loose I assume
I think wrestling might be good since a lot of fights end up on the ground and you can overpower an attacker without doing a lot damage (you can still humililate them and throw them around like a lil pussy for statusmaxxing)
Personally I'd consider wrestling OR Jeet Kune Do. A lot of martial arts schools in my area have very late practices (past 6, 7, 8 or even 9 PM) and I have to wake up at 5:30 AM for school during the school year, so I have to finish diner early and go to sleep early to not end up as a manlet cuz of fucked up hormones, and the JKD school near me has practices at 11 AM on weekend, so very good). Also it's more "technical" I guess while being effective, less punching and kicking my poor ogre face.
Discuss, what would be good for me? Or you, maybe you'll learn something from this thread?
I am 17 year old ~153 pounds 6 feet tall, I heightmog 60-70% of gen Z in my area and like 80-90% of all people (including children, women and retired ) and strengthmog like 99% (slavs are scrawny asf, I swear most of slavic gen Z can't do a single pullup)
I also might get mk-677 soon so that means I am going to be bonedensitymogger, I already eat a lot of calcium, vit d3, k2 and xylitol which all cause bone density to increase, I never broke a bone, I know they're strong enough to survive kicking a metal bar (I dind't do it on purpose I once hit myself while doing some advanced weird ass pullup variation for school fitness test)
