Best martial art for self defense from a looksmaxxing perspective?

What is the best martial art for self defense from a looksmaxxing perspective? I mean the one that allows you to protect yourself on the street, to gain status in high school (avoid bullying), but also doesn't turn you into ogre from deformed ears/nose.
I know that muay thai is good for fighting but like, if you're fighting someone in high school, you don't really wanna kill them or send them to hospital lmao
also I've heard it can cause bone fragments to appear outside of the main bone if one is vit d deficient.
Aikido while not good for fighting utilizes wrists a lot, I've heard it can grow wrists to actual ogre proportions (lifefuel for wristcels if true)
Boxing, kickboxing might damage teeth I think, and a lot of folks here, like me, got raped by orthos and now have damaged gums already so teeth are pretty loose I assume
I think wrestling might be good since a lot of fights end up on the ground and you can overpower an attacker without doing a lot damage (you can still humililate them and throw them around like a lil pussy for statusmaxxing)
Personally I'd consider wrestling OR Jeet Kune Do. A lot of martial arts schools in my area have very late practices (past 6, 7, 8 or even 9 PM) and I have to wake up at 5:30 AM for school during the school year, so I have to finish diner early and go to sleep early to not end up as a manlet cuz of fucked up hormones, and the JKD school near me has practices at 11 AM on weekend, so very good). Also it's more "technical" I guess while being effective, less punching and kicking my poor ogre face.
Discuss, what would be good for me? Or you, maybe you'll learn something from this thread?
I am 17 year old ~153 pounds 6 feet tall, I heightmog 60-70% of gen Z in my area and like 80-90% of all people (including children, women and retired :forcedsmile:) and strengthmog like 99% (slavs are scrawny asf, I swear most of slavic gen Z can't do a single pullup)
I also might get mk-677 soon so that means I am going to be bonedensitymogger, I already eat a lot of calcium, vit d3, k2 and xylitol which all cause bone density to increase, I never broke a bone, I know they're strong enough to survive kicking a metal bar (I dind't do it on purpose I once hit myself while doing some advanced weird ass pullup variation for school fitness test)

Imagine spending thousands on facial fillers, implants and surgeries only to get your face busted in some dumb fight

Hand to hand combat that they teach in the army. The only form of combat that's meant for combat.

Avoid any dangerous situations in the first place and
run or be the better person and walk away

I suggest you learn mma. I also suggest you get foam knives and practice sparring with your friends at full force, complete with wrestling and carry a knife in dangerous areas.

Boxing, BJJ, Kickboxing, Muay-thai, Wrestling and Judo. Everything else is pretty crap. AKA MMA. As for the guy that said whatever they use in the army. The average army guy would get flattened by a good MMA fighter.

The issue here is just that it's not worth it though. You're better off just avoiding a fight, since every time you fight you risk
  • Injuring/hospitalizing/killing the other guy, leading to losing a lot of money and legal proceedings. (Yes, even if you're not professionals, one bad fall on the hard concrete and you are dead).
  • Being injured/hospitalized/killed.
  • The other guy takes out a knife, or even a gun. You expected a fair fight? Well, now you're dead.
  • The other guy's friends gang up on you.
The list goes on. I know your lizard brain tells you that you have to defend your honour and be masculine etc. but logically speaking, you're just better off walking away from someone trying to start a fight, as cowardly as it looks.
You stand to gain nothing except titillating your ego, and stand to lose A LOT.

The only situation where you should fight is if you have absolutely no other choice, otherwise avoid them like the plague.

Ye but if someone sucker punches you in the liver you can't run, or you get cornered in an alley, or have to defend family member/gf/wife/friend/coworker whatever

I am pretty sure it's made to handle like, war enemies, so doesn't exactly fit into my goal of "not getting my ass sued if someone challenges me in school"

you wear a mouthgaurd and don't spar full force with striking. In striking focus more on defense, evasion and setting up grappling counters if necessary.

Oh yeah it would be good if you could compete in the said sport (sport = statusmaxxing). I have aspergers (I know its over jfl :forcedsmile:) and I was never good with a ball, so basketball, football etc. other high status sports in my country are off the list. But once I played rugby with my class in elementary school and I had a lot of fun, same when we wrestled (I absolutely demolished everyone while wrestling, the teacher gave tips to the other boys but they still lost) and I could squat my classmate (like literally pick him up and squat him) without ever doing strength training (or training at all, I was lazy fuck). The one fight I've gotten myself into this year ended up quite well for me (I got sucker punched but thankfuly didn't get any complications, nor did the attacker).
I know that autism spectrum disorders can be caused by high prenatal testosterone, so maybe I was destined to be an ogre from my very birth?

I never got into fights at school, closest thing is I got sucker punched when I was 12, when people heard about what happened in my class they sided with me idk things must be different in American schools.

first guy trained aikido and then kickboxing, mma, bjj
second guy teaches C.D.S. so something something defense system. He ranks jeet kune do in the highest category and he says it's because CDS is based off jeet kune do but with a better curriculum

MMA seems good overall but I am still worried for my teeth (gums and teeth roots are badly damaged so definitely less stable) and wrists (they are really small, 6.5 inches, but they grew this year since I started weightlifting), and being able to go into competitions is a status boost so that would be nice

Also mogs just for showboating, Judo throws are intimidating

Yeah but isn't mma, boxing, wrestling, kickboxing better? I know that Judo is intidimating but usually intimidating isn't practical

I meant like "they" like a single person, assuming it's one-on-one. As far as I am aware wrestling skills are useful for that kind of situation, aren't they? Also I think a lot of street fights end up on the ground one way or another, don't they?
