or referred to as 'Thai boxing', is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.[6] Muay Thai became widespread internationally in the late-20th to 21st century, when Westernized practitioners from Thailand began competing in kickboxing and mixed rules matches as well as matches under muay Thai rules around the world. The professional league is governed by The Professional Boxing Association of Thailand (P.A.T), sanctioned by The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT).
Alright I’m planning on starting boxing and Muay ThaiI used to box and would recommend it
Okay thanks for the feedback. I’m going to try boxing and Muay Thai. Last thing I want is to try something and it end up being completely cucked or soft.Boxing. I tried taekwondo but its cucked, lol my sensei at the dojo I went to wouldn't allow us to punch or deflect attacks with our hands during sparring matches. Boxing is more based and I am looking into it.
