Yeah you won't get a free consultation from a decent Maxillofacial surgeon, they get E-mails all the time from people with BDD, mild concerns etc, you need to pay for the time and you'll get a response that you'll leave happy with.

That’s why I high have respect for eppley because he answers all my Emails right away even though I’m not paying him.

I highly doubt a surgeon is losing his precious time answering emails individually. I mean its probably some assistant on his/her free time.
Think about it again.

I have worked in public dealing with people, they end up being fucking annoying very fast. You think someone who can make 50k in a week will bother with emails from people around the world for free?

I was thinking that too, but they way the emails are written are very similar to the ones on real self and I know they’re from eppley, they are only like 5 sentences long max but he does address the concern. Maybe by spending 1 hour answering emails one of them 50 emails could go forward and pay him

Dr. Defrancq only charges €50 for an online consultation and it is in the form of a donation to some charity. (Or at least this was the price 1 year ago when I consulted) This is realistically the cheapest you are going to get.

Defrancq is my surgeon anyways I can ask him shit for free . I spoke to rameiri once too on webcam he offered a free videocall for 30 mins. Yaremchuk too for free for 30 mins. Eppley too for like 20 mins. But tha was last year, i have new enquiries and they might remember my face
