Jaw Angle implants with titanium, Jaw angle implants with Peek, Fillers (which ones?) or anything else ?

From my limited knowledge here it's probably fillers.Apparently, the masseter muscle detaches if you use gonian angle implants

I see could you theoretically always take migrating fillers out since I heard they can bloat you

Yes they can be dissolved. They are less likely to cause bloating in the jaw as they are quite stable there.
