What’s the best way to fix a jaw that’s narrow and lacks angularity, assuming the rest of the jaw is ideal (long ramus, good forward growth, tall square chin,no recession etc.)? I’ve had jaw angle fillers done, but they’re really expensive to maintain and obviously not permanent and tend to dissolve faster if you workout a lot.i honestly think that fillers should only performed in areas where not much of it is required and low mobility areas like upper eyelids as I had gotten upper eyelid fillers to fix my uee and the results are drastic and only required one ml so it was cheap and will last a long time since it’s a low movement area. Are jaw angle implants the only real solution to this,or is there something else that can be done?

Implants, ramus condyle torquing (usually done during bimax) or you can try a different type of filler
