Best mole removal surgery?

Cryotherapy seems like the quickest and easiest one with seemingly no side effects, which doesn’t make sense to me cause why would there even be other types if it’s so good? Is it more expensive? I haven’t been able to find a consistent price anywhere

Not the worst it’s just above my jawline but I’ve always wanted to have it removed and it takes away symmetry from my face
