Whats the best morning and night routine for overall health

Just eat clean, balanced diet ( Eat alot of red meat for L0carnitine for andro receptors )

Sleep well, don't use alarms

There are not much sides in 500 compared to 300, and 500, it's easier estrogen control.
Some people react badly to 500mg; they need an AI, get bad acne, etc. Even though your natural production is getting shut down either way, there are too many side effects with 500mg, especially to start off with, bro.

It's fine I guess as logn as you are getting enough + good diet + training.

Those are the 3 pillars you need. Staying active, eating good food ( animal based of course ) and sleep.

Yes,, my life is jerking off, playing games with my friends and doing weed with them. The gym of course, MMA. And i just eat whatever i want and i blast protein peoder at the end of the day so i atleast get my proteinz in lolzies.

Whats the best morning and night routine for overall health
when u wake up immediately go outside and touch the grass and get sunlight wear no shirt or shoes then go in and drink elextrolytes take a cold shower and then eat breakfeast like eggs and avacado and meat
