I’ve seen amazing editing skills done here for a before and after to get a better idea of what one would look like if done a surgery or some shit.

What editing software is the best for this? Dont know if this is a dumb question but most would just say photoshop, but thats too expensive for too much unneeded product as well.

Lmk, is there any way to do ts free? Possibly AI? I have paid gemini and chatgpt but feel like AI would be too annoying to freely edit my face
