wtf why is that such a big difference with barely any editing? could probably be done with chin filler and rhino, but idk how he would fix the lips.

It's because you don't really need one massive surgery for an ascension. More like a couple small one plus softmaxxes (for most people)
Idk exactly how he would fix the lips but there is one obscure mouth widening surgery + lip reduction for something similar. Also the morphed nose is concave and refined which is a huge halo that literally no one talks about on here
