Best Needle/syringe/method to inject test ?

what’s the best needle for injections and where do you recommend me to inject myself like where does it hurt less or where is it easier to pin? I heard some people use insulin syringes for both extracting and injecting i was thinking that could be a good idea but idk let me know should i just use different needles for extraction and injection ?
