Depends on ur goals. Oral steroids exist but they are all methylized and will fuck op your liver but you can take NAC or smth. For gh however there really isnt anything comparable to hgh. There is Mk677 but nothing else. Steroids like dbol can make the liver more resposive to gh but oral will always be worse and more expensive than injecting

I would say try needles and see if you can get used to it. But if not and you’re gonna do stuff anyways I would utilize LGD, Enclomphiene, and MK677. These aren’t assss good but still work great
