I’m looking for methods that can improve thin/translucent under-eye skin and especially actual fullness/hollowness without surgery, filler, injections, or expensive machines. I’ve seen things like Volufiline/sarsasapogenin, Adipofill’in, PDRN, copper peptides, retinal, and newer experimental products like Voluelle, but I’m interested in less common options too.

Has anyone here had real results with topical adipogenic/fullness products or other methods that are stronger or more effective than standard Volufiline? I’m also interested in the research around adipogenesis and PPAR-gamma/other pathways, including what has been studied experimentally, but I’m mainly looking for safe non-invasive options rather than DIY drug use or mechanical fat manipulation.

If you’ve actually used something for several months and noticed a lasting change, I’d especially like to hear what you used, where you applied it, how long it took, and whether the effect remained after stopping.
