My main issue is dark under-eyes from thin/translucent skin + hollowness/shadowing, not really pigmentation.

I'm looking specifically for methods that can increase under-eye fullness/volume and/or thicken the skin, preferably topical/non-invasive.

What I've found so far:

  • Volufiline / sarsasapogenin — supposed adipogenic/fullness effect
  • Retinal/retinol — collagen + skin remodeling
  • GHK-Cu / copper peptides / Matrixyl — collagen/ECM support
  • PDRN / “salmon DNA” — skin regeneration
  • Collagen peptides — systemic skin support
  • Volufiline + retinal products, e.g. retinal multi-balms
  • I've also seen people mention topical rosiglitazone/pioglitazone for adipogenesis, but these seem much more experimental.
I recently came across Voluelle, which claims to be a sarsasapogenin nanoemulgel designed for better penetration than normal topical Volufiline. They're currently doing a $50 prototype trial with photo/feedback requirements.

I'm mainly looking for actual experience/results, especially:

  1. Has anyone noticeably increased under-eye fullness with Volufiline or another topical?
  2. Has anyone used Voluelle specifically? Results after 2–4+ weeks?
  3. Any better/more effective topical adipogenic ingredients than Volufiline?
  4. For thin under-eye skin, which worked best: retinal, copper peptides, Matrixyl, PDRN, etc.?
  5. If you've personally used any of these, what product and how long before you noticed a difference?
Not looking for surgery, filler, PRP/PRF, laser, or RLT. I'm mainly interested in topicals/creams/serums and personal results.

Collagencreams will help but wont have the effect you are looking for
