Best non-toxic shampoo/conditioner for dry hair?

I'm looking for a good shampoo (without parabens or toxic ingredients) that is good for a dry scalp. I have flaking which is a bad feature so I want to fix it.

I wanted to gatekeep them but i have been using L'oreal Keratin shampoo with some mascara of 10 in 1 shit, its a red pot, best for dry hair to comb those too, and in the end apply a thickening lotion so you get prime barrett hair thickness
