I use this one for my body but it's kind of chalky, ingredients are good though, no alcohol or hormone disruptors, and it's relatively cheap.

you could make a case for titanium dioxide, but it's toxic when inhaled or injected, it doesn't tend to penetrate the skin unless it's poorly processed.

I can find a zinc based one if needed.
