These are cherry picked. I got rhinoplasty with one of the top doctors in US and got like 15% increase. It still looks big and droopy with a bump, just not as big.

75% of rhinoplasties are unnecessary IMO, it usually either a maxilla or jaw issue that makes things look out of proportion

but this isnt a bones issue. Its to do with excess cartilage and fat in the nose.

unlike bridgework, a bulbous tip is normally down to genetics and traits

Most people (women) get nose jobs because they think their noses are too big, not something more specific like a bulbous tip.

I'm referring to most celebrities. Its a refinement they have done. The bulbosity of the nose.

Also if you know what im reffering to what was your original point
