I just want to do cartillage grafting and maybe nose tip correction. My nose is above average but not ideal and it fucks my side profile. I have a fucking bad developed roman nose, which makes my nose look kinda hooked. 100% same nose and problem as opry:

Why should the surgeon be gl? Im scared that a normie will fuck up the surgery bc of envy. Irl at work I have also had problems with clients due to my looks.

Only that the result is not ideal, maybe some assymetry and you can not legally sue because that is a risk with such procedures.

But no on a serious note I think they probably deal with a lot of BDD normies and DGAF at this point. You don't go into plastic surgery if you are envious of people's looks and don't want to make people look better.

They probably care about their reputation because that directly affects their earnings and how much they can charge. I'd look at their before and afters and make sure they have top tier results

But maybe I'm wrong.
