Macros - 1300cal - 73g protein
Helped me add 20lbs of muscle in 8 weeks
This is what you'll need
Whole milk,protein powder,frozen fruits,oats,honey and peanut butter
100g oats
300ml milk
Then put it on the stove for 3-4 minutes stirring often
Add 50g of peanut butter to the pot
And add a scoop of protein powder while stirring
Put the oats into a bowl and add 150g of frozen fruits on top
Add 25g of honey to the bowl and you're done!
Don't forget this you won't gain the 20lbs of muscle if you don't use these too lol
