I think if money is not the issue, then one should go to any surgeon that does the WHOLE procedure HIMSELF.

Unfortunately, this costs 5k+ euro for 1k grafts.

Really depends where you live. Internationally it would be Bisanaga in Brussels. But in US it is Dr Ray Konior. Keep in mind though Ray costs 12 a graft atleast
