Debloat means reducing water retention by lowering sodium stress hormones and aldosterone. Drinking more water suppresses retention, not increases it. Nice try thoalso lol, debloating literally means ridding ur cells of water, if u give them even more water to work with, do u think ur gonna debloat![]()
U clearly know nothingDiuretics aren’t necessary unless your a lazy twink
u cant have water retention when u have no excess water for ur body to hold on RETARD.Debloat means reducing water retention by lowering sodium stress hormones and aldosterone. Drinking more water suppresses retention, not increases it. Nice try tho
Take a shower afterU clearly know nothing
Think for a second monkey brain
If ur taking a compound that raises Aldosteroneur gonna need something that blocks aldosterone so your not bloated
Water and cardio will not cut it out for that
Not to include the fact cardio debloats u for a few hours but u have to get all sweaty who wants to do that before a function?

Water retention is hormonal When you drink less your body holds water. When you drink more, it lets go.u cant have water retention when u have no excess water for ur body to hold on RETARD.
So do 30 minutes of cardio then take a shower right before a function?Take a shower after![]()
This is correct atleastWater retention is hormonal When you drink less your body holds water. When you drink more, it lets go.
Iqlet gets proved wrong and starts yapping shit instead of taking notesTake a shower after![]()
I didn’t say diuretics were worse than doing cardio ,obviously a pharma drug will be more effective; but there’s no need to spend money on it and put drugs in your body when they aren’t necessarySo do 30 minutes of cardio then take a shower right before a function?
Just for a debloat thats no where near as good as furosemide
Not to include the fact u didnt even try bother replying to my part about Eplerenone
Wait till u try a diuretic the debloat is 10x better then cardio
Reply to what I said then, was it wrong?Iqlet gets proved wrong and starts yapping shit instead of taking notes![]()
Just drink 1 liter of water and eat like 3 bananas, it debloated me MUCH better than 4 liters of water with the same amount of bananas/potassium-sodium ratio. This is correct atleast
