too much, if your looking to get more bone mass in face smart but only do this if you are already 6'0+ but then again if u are at 15 u will be missing 2-3 adult potential height which matters like 2x more foids dont even know if a guys 6'3 if they hear that their panties get wet cuz theyre retarded
