But yea niga add 6-8 lb of water for some eyebrows and lashes it works

oral minox for brows/lashes is huge overkill. it's a systemic vasodilator and the doses used for hair loss come with sides like water retention, fast heart rate and random body hair. there isn't a "best" brand for what you're trying to do. for lashes/brows, topical prostaglandin analogues like bimatoprost (latisse) actually work and are safer. applying minox topically to brows can help too. don't risk your heart just to get slightly thicker brows, it's not worth the cope.
