I’ve always used neutrogena norwegian during the day but it’s only spf15 and either lanolin or some aquaphor before bed.

I think. You need something stronger at night like a mask or whatever

but during the day you need 20+spf and organic thing

Of course you need

your lips will darken and get damaged if you don’t wear a balm with at least 20+ spf

And to take it step further you need a lip exfoliant, good thing you can make your own and you don’t have to buy it online if you are on a budget

And also you should never smoke and drink water

and get high quality a lip balm And you are good to go
