After your last injection wait 4-5 half lives of the testosterone ester you were using

then HCG for around 2 weeks

then a serm for around 4 weeks tapering down in dosage

this is the perfect PCT

What's your best PCT then? Stopping coldturkey so your test tanks and you loose all your gains? Doing HCG so your LH is artificial and it never even recovers?

HCG works by mimicking LH, which is suppressed when using artificial testosterone and is responsible for testicle activation.

LH then signals the testicles to produce hormones like testosterone (and with it DHEA and pregnenalone which are important for the brain and your wellbeing)

Basically, it keeps the testicles active while you are cycling and produces other important hormones. You can use it on cycle, or only for PCT to kickstart the testicles and check if they are working properly.

I would suggest using it on cycle because you’ll feel way better, and then discontinue a week before PCT, then start HCG again for PCT.
