Im 15 and half and turning 16 in july. I was thinking about hopping on cuz im chopped asf rn and need some info about best cycles to ascend

im not to good with haircuts you should ask someone else for that :lul:

your height is kinda cooked ngl u could hop on hgh but it will only make u reach ur genetic height potential faster

since ur 15 i'd for sure do the basic stuff like 8-10 hours of sleep everyday while optimizing your circadian rythm
having a good diet based on animal foods while hitting your macros and especially micronutrients (i recommend using cronometer for that)
and staying active ofcourse, id recommend going to the gym or a combat sport could be good but its what u prefer

theres also a thread on pubertymaxxing in botb but i cant find it rn you should read it tho
