Skin Tone & Halo Effect

Melanotan II (MT2)
Extreme tanning, libido enhancement, appetite suppression.
A synthetic analogue of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It non-selectively binds to melanocortin receptors (MC1, MC3, MC4, MC5).
It works too well. It's easy to turn users an unnatural greyish-brown if you're not careful.
Side Effects: Nausea, facial flushing, permanent darkening of moles/freckles, potential for priapism (painful, long-lasting erections), and unknown long-term melanoma risks.

GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide)
Skin remodeling, reduction of scars, elasticity, glass skin.
A naturally occurring copper complex that stimulates collagen/elastin production and resets genes to a younger state.
Topical is standard, but the underground injects it subcutaneously or intramuscularly for systemic anti-aging.
Copper toxicity (theoretically) if overdosed, leading to depression or zinc deficiency. Post-injection pain (PIP) is notoriously bad.

Frame & Muscle (Hypertrophy)

Follistatin 344 (or 315)
Break genetic muscle limits.
It is a myostatin inhibitor. Myostatin is the protein that tells your muscles to stop growing. Follistatin blocks it, theoretically allowing for uncapped muscle growth (hyperplasia + hypertrophy).
Most of the Follistatin sold online is fake.
If you get the real stuff (often a viral vector gene therapy, not just a peptide), it can permanently alter muscle genetics. It stresses the tendons because muscles grow faster than the connective tissue can support, leading to snaps/tears.

PEG-MGF (Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor)
Bringing up lagging body parts, side delts, and upper chest.
A splice variant of IGF-1. It activates satellite cells (muscle stem cells) specifically in the muscle it is injected into. The PEG (Polyethylene glycol) coating increases its half-life from minutes to days.
It is used to bring up weak points for the V-taper illusion.
risk of hypoglycemia if it spills into the blood stream and mimics insulin.

Retatrutide
Quick, easy leanness (sunken cheeks/jawline definition).
A triple agonist targeting GLP-1, GIP, and Glucagon receptors. It obliterates appetite and increases metabolic rate (unlike Ozempic, which mostly just kills appetite).
It can raise heart rate (cardiac stress) and cause severe muscle wasting if you don't eat enough protein (the Ozempic Face look is actually muscle wasting in the face).

Tesamorelin
Specifically burning belly fat (visceral adipose tissue) to tighten the waist.
A Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analogue approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy. It specifically targets fat around the organs.
Very expensive.
Can increase blood sugar and IGF-1 levels, potentially increasing cancer risk if tumor cells are present.

Hair Regrowth

PTD-DBM w/ Valproic Acid
Restoring dead follicles (Norwood recovery).
PTD-DBM prevents the CXXC5 protein from binding to Dishevelled (Dvl), which usually stops hair growth. Valproic Acid (topical) activates the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.
Valproic acid is an epilepsy drug; topical absorption risks are poorly understood but generally considered low. PTD-DBM is difficult to source reliably.

Zn-Thymulin (Zinc Thymulin)
Hair growth, with an option of reversal of greying-pigmentation.
A thymic peptide bound to zinc. It extends the anagen (growth) phase of hair follicles and reduces inflammation.
Abstract Source: Journals of Hair Therapy & Transplantation.

Bone & Structure

BMP-2 / BMP-7 (Bone Morphogenetic Proteins)
Bony hypertrophy (Chin, Jaw, Brow ridge).
Potent growth factors that induce the differentiation of stem cells into osteoblasts (bone-building cells). Used medically for fusing spines or healing non-union fractures.
Some looksmaxxing threads discuss using this to grow a larger jaw or chin.
It causes heterotopic ossification (bone growing in soft tissue/muscle). If you inject this near your jaw and miss, you could fuse your jaw muscles to the bone or grow bone spurs into your nerves. It also has a massive cancer risk (osteosarcoma).

Hunter Eyes/ Anti-Aging

FOXO4-DRI
Clearing senescent (zombie) cells to improve skin texture, eye area tightness, and energy
A senolytic peptide that forces senescent cells (aged cells that degrade those around them) to undergo apoptosis (self-destruction).
Very expensive ($100s per mg).
Theoretical risk of depleting stem cell pools with excessive use.

i have used gpt at someplaces for information:forcedsmile:

Nice job, you copy pasted AI so blatantly that you didn’t even care to get rid of the LaTex equation formatting. DNR

Your thread is shit, nobody wants to read this AI slop. If you want to try make a thread, put genuine effort in.
