Research on GHK CU

recommendations on source and dosage? looks very interesting to say the least

i’ve heard the Ordinary serums don’t really do much. do you use this?
No, I just use cerave vit c but I’ve seen a lot of videos about their copper serum. I think vit c has many of the same benefits and is more backed

vit c (in my experience) caused my skin to get more red and stuff due to my skin being relatively sensitive so I think I might try copper peptide or argireline

Copper peptides and matrixyl

There are many peptides that can improve skin elasticity and collagen production. Some of the most effective peptides include:

  • Matrixyl 3000:This peptide is a combination of amino acids that mimic the effects of collagen. It has been shown to reduce wrinkles, improve skin elasticity, and firm the skin.

  • Argireline:This peptide is known as a "neuromodulator" because it blocks the transmission of nerve signals that cause wrinkles. It has been shown to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve skin smoothness.

It is important to note that peptides are not a magic bullet for anti-aging. They can help to improve skin elasticity and collagen production, but they will not reverse the effects of aging completely. It is also important to choose a peptide product that is high quality and made with pure ingredients.

If you are considering using peptides for skin care, it is a good idea to talk to a dermatologist or other healthcare professional first. They can help you to choose the right peptides for your skin type and needs.

Here are some of the best peptide creams that you can use:

  • The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + HA Serum:This serum contains a blend of peptides that are known to improve skin elasticity and collagen production. It is also formulated with hyaluronic acid, which helps to hydrate the skin.

When choosing a peptide cream, it is important to consider your skin type and needs. If you have dry skin, you will need a cream that is moisturizing. If you have oily skin, you will need a cream that is oil-free. You should also choose a cream that is fragrance-free if you have sensitive skin.

It is also important to use peptide creams consistently to see results. You should apply the cream to your face and neck twice a day, morning and night.

I hope this helps!

As legit as it gets dont worry all this stuff is researched. U can look at reviews online on them if you are skeptical.

Try Biossance Copper Peptides

i’ve heard the Ordinary serums don’t really do much. do you use this?
It didn’t do anything for me, but left a blue residue for me to play with. Biossance has a good one
