Best phone camera for taking PSLfies?

I got the OnePlus 6. It has a good camera but it can't focus for shit making it really hard to take sharp photos from a distance. It also for some reason makes my skin look much paler than it actually is. It gives me hollow cheeks in certain lighting though which I'm pretty sure I don't even have irl. Are there better options? Also would there be any benefit in buying a real camera instead?

Try a Google camera APK, otherwise buy an IPhone
