Best place to geomaxx if you're white (besides Asia)?

Title. Got 2 months inbetween jobs and some part of South America would be ideal because I can buy PEDs otc and the girls look best there, but I heard its nothing special for white guys nowadays. Africa could be fine too and I can just do a shot of test undecanoate to last me (If I cant find a source for PEDs) the 2 months I'm there in between jobs. Not into Asian girls so not interested in Asia.
