From Ireland but everyone here is a crook and I wouldn't trust an Irish person to change a tire let alone perform a surgery. Thinking of going to UK, Germany for one. Maybe there are German doctors in foreign countries? I need some info. How much will it cost? I am saving up $$$, ill remove luxury items out of my life to pay for this.

Can anyone tell me about surgeons, advice etc.

Gunson aesthetic wise is good but this guy is/was facing a shit ton of lawsuits.. not a good sign - left him out for that reason
Sailer is like 80 years old now this guy will die midoperation while your jaw is hanging loose
For same reason as Sailer I choose not to include Wolford (old af) who is the father of CCW

majority of those lawsuits were from elderly women or people that paid his high fee and were expecting to become models
