I seriously need buccal fat removal. I look like a chipmunk at 12%. I have great bones hidden by big buccal fat pads. My zygos are significantly wider than my jaw but it’s not visible due to my buccal fat.

Please let me know good surgeons who can perform it well. And no, you can’t lose buccal fat with diet. They’re resistant to fat loss, it’s proven. Also it’s proven that they don’t get less with aging. I had less buccal fat with 18 than I have with 26.

Not really its very simple.

All they do is inject local, cut open the area, pull out the fat put some back if you want partial removal, then they stitch it up all done.

that is cope. People with lots of fatpads can have lots of buccal fat despite good bones. I have good bones but still had a lot of buccal fat at 19. Now I lost some fatpads naturally and it isnt that bad anymore

Yes and no. The amount of bodyfat that you'd need to reach to lose such a small amount of buccal fat is unsustainable and it's very little if anything. You'd gain it again if you went up in weight also. Buccal fat has an abundant of blood supply from the maxillary artery and superficial and deep temporal artery. It's not like most fat that you can lose easy with weight loss. The only real way for buccal fat to be reduced or removed. I'm getting Buccal Removal on Monday.

Yeah but how much will they extract? I think it’s important that the surgeon knows how much to take out etc. - understands my face and so on.

The people that “lost it” had great bones and had superficial fat covering that they lost, not buccal fat. Buccal fat removal is only for people with forward grown faces that are lean and unfortunately have big buccal fat pads IMO
