Is it impossible to get rid of chubby cheeks if you just have big buccal fat pads (without surgery)

I have a lean body but i still have chubby cheeks. I’ve always been naturally chubby, although it has reduced a lot as I got older, I still remain with chubby cheeks.

Can I go on a calorie deficit and a solid potassium/sodium ratio to try and get a more defined face, or it it just impossible because my buccal fat pads are big

It's because of flat zygos and a weak jaw, not your buccal fat.
