Honestly they likely will if you call them on the phone. Go to your local Chase bank tomorrow walk in with one of your parents, and request to open up a "Bitcoin account." Then they will bring you into one of their consultation rooms and get you setup free of charge.

Yes you do, there is no other way to get crypto.

Once you call your bank requesting to open a crypto account, you will then have to get in contact with the department of crypto in your country as @aids previously mentioned. They will guide you through the process and do everything for you.
