Let me tell you about my colleague who worked in India with us when I was in India. He was Hungarian and had a gf. Later when the guy wanted to quit and move back the girl started blackmailing him. Even sent an email to our office which everyone saw about how the guy had mentally and sexually harassed her. Our CEO was understanding so asked the guy to leave immediately.
